Yes, you can track all your orders through your ShopperX account dashboard. Since we partner with various retailers, the detailed tracking information comes directly from them. You'll receive email notifications with tracking updates, and you can also view real-time tracking information in your account. Premium members receive free expedited shipping on eligible items, which typically arrive in 1-2 business days. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to over 100 countries. Delivery times and shipping costs for international orders depend on the destination country and the type of products ordered. After processing, refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's policies. For store credit refunds, the credit is applied to your ShopperX account immediately after processing and can be used for future purchases.
